Well done to Ethan Rhatigan, Derry Ward, James McLoughlin and Daniel O'Rourke who represented our school at the Ballymahon-Forgney Community Games Quiz. Well done boys!!!
This half-term, our third and fourth class children took part in a treasure hunt based on the Normans! Working in teams, they solved clues that tested their historical knowledge while also answering questions that reviewed everything they’ve learned across other subjects. A fun and engaging way to celebrate their learning! It was a fantastic way to bring history to life and celebrate their hard work!
Bhí seó faisin as Gaeilge ar siúl i Rang a trí agus Rang a ceathair inniu. Nach raibh siad go hálainn?!

Well done to our 6th class who took part in a tag rugby blitz in Moate on Thursday! 🏉👏 A big thank you to the Midland Warriors RFC for hosting the blitz and for delivering fantastic tag rugby sessions to our 1st-6th class pupils over the past few weeks. The students had a great time!
Congratulations to the pupils of 6th class who were confirmed by Bishop Tom Deenihan in the Church of the Most Holy Redeemer, Ballymore on the 11th February 2025.
Take a look at some of the artwork created by our talented 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th class students! Their creativity and effort truly shine through in each piece. Well done to all! Mr. Horan's 3rd and 4th Class enjoyed book tasting today. His class 'tasted' different types of books. This will hopefully introduce the children to different types of books that they may not have otherwise been interested in. Please take the time to look at some of our photos from our book tasting event. Well done 3rd and 4th Class!!! |
