Our boys football team are the Cumann na mBunscol Iarmhí Champions after an unforgettable victory over St. Mary’s National School, Collinstown in only the second ever replay in the history of Cumann na mBunscol Iarmhí. After fourteen long years, our boys have brought the title home for the first time since 2012, writing their names forever into school history. Every tackle, every score, every roar from the sideline showed the incredible spirit and pride of this team. They never gave up, never backed down, and played with heart from the first whistle to the last.
A massive well done and thank you to Mr. Killane for his tireless dedication, commitment, and countless hours of training and preparation. The hard work, belief, and passion he has put into this team shone through every minute of this historic victory. Thank you also to all the parents, families, supporters, and the wider local community who travelled to support the boys.
