3rd and 4th class decided to take part in the reading initiative called 'Reading Wars.' This initiative aims to encourage children to read outside of regular classroom and homework time, fostering a love for reading and improving literacy skills. The initiative is a friendly competition designed to motivate children to engage in daily reading habits. Well done to Isaac who was the overall 'Reading Wars' Champion. Well done Isaac!! Our overall runner up was Mia. Well done Mia!! Well done to Mia who took first place in the third class competition. Also, well done to Paddy who came 2nd and John who came 3rd in the third class competition. Congratulations to Isaac who also won the 4th class competition and to Isla who also came 2nd and Shane who came 3rd in our 4th class competition. Finally, well done to Layla who received our Most Improved Reader Award!! Well done Layla!! Well done everyone in 3rd and 4th class for all the extra reading you have done over the last few weeks!!!
