The children in 1st, 2nd and 3rd Class took part in the National Spring Clean to help keep our local community and our school environment clean, tidy and litter free. Have a look at some of our photos.

Our 5th and 6th class boys and girls played local teams from Tubberclair NS, Scoil Eoin Naofa, Ballymore and Ardnagrath NS in a mini-sevens blitz on Tues 18th of April in the glorious sunshine in Tubberclair GAA pitch.

Both teams played super games on the day against tough competition and the boys qualified for the mini-sevens County Final.

The boys went on to meet teams from Loughegar NS, Coosan NS, and Gainstown NS in the Downs GAA club on Thursday 20th April. Alas, luck was not on our side on final day!

Huge thanks goes to Damien & Alan our coaches for their time and dedication training the boys and girls, to the parents for helping out with lifts, and to the schools and teams who organised and participated in the competition.  

The children in 3rd Class were busy before Easter completing their projects on France. So much work and effort went into them. Have a look at some of them below.
